Australasian Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians
Agency that certifies our Wilderness First Responder and Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician courses. AREMT also offers a part time distance Paramedic programme.

Remote Medic Practitioner programme
AREMT also offers this programme. The first half is offered via distance education over a six month period. The second part of this course is one month spent in a third world clinic practicing remote medicine. One of our instructors is currently enrolled in this programme.

Remote, Austere, Wilderness & Third World Medicine Forum
There is a tremendous amount of medical knowledge found on this forum. It is well worth your time to browse through this forum and read. There are people ready to answer your questions about remote medicine. These are the lads who wrote the Survival Medicine Handbook found on our Resources page.

Remote Emergency Care courses
