The REC 2 covers a wide range of wilderness medicine topics for people who travel and work in the outdoors.

It starts with the basic ABCs and builds up to the assessment and treatment of injuries in less than optimum situations.

This course is designed to transform anyone with little or no medical training into a health care provider for austere and wilderness situations.

The WFR is the industry standard for outdoor group leaders, guides and for anyone spending extended time in Nature.

The Remote Medicine Upgrade (RMU) builds on the medical professional’s training and experience in order to meet the extreme challenges found in remote settings.

This course provides medical education for the offshore and expedition medic or for anyone located in extreme or remote areas that could be days away from medical care.

 
No medical experience necessary

3 days of pre-study is required.

must be EMT or higher
