This course is very much a hypothesis at the moment. It has been brought to our attention that there were students that wanted to attend the Summer Residential Programme but could not afford to take 12 weeks off.
We would like to offer a Winter option that will teach much of the same primitive skills as the Summer programme. We realise that there are weather constraints. Well.....after this past "Summer" maybe having a Winter programme is a better option......
What we can offer is this: having students come to the IPNA campus once per month to work on the primitive skills, the Ranger Scout skills, and the advanced cooking and Campcraft that we teach during the Summer courses. If we need to we will rent a warm and dry room with lots of light from the local education centre. They might be a little apprehensive about all of the wood shavings on their floor, but we can be careful with that.
If you would like to be part of this programme please email us. We need to know that there is an interest for this option before we put a lot of time and effort into it.
